Lead Pastor: Chris Wilson
Pastor Chris has lived in the Red Deer area fourteen years he began serving as lead Pastor of First Baptist church in 2007. He began serving part-time while working in oil field services, taking on his Pastoral role full-time in 2016. Pastor Chris is passionate about seeing people come to know Jesus, he really values community and the gathering of the church.

Charlene has lived in Red Deer all her life; she began working as the administrator of First Baptist church in 2019. She loves First Baptist Church because for her it is home; it fills many of her interests allowing her to be creative while being taught the gospel in an educational way, but her favorite thing about First Baptist are the relationships and friends she has made while being here.
"I love how FBC feels like family and there are many people I can call upon if I need help or someone to talk to. The people here are genuine, warm, and, friendly. We have very meaningful conversations and a lot of fun. I feel loved and at home at First Baptist Church."
